Petrolis recruits experienced personnel either through its pool of permanent employees or through its permanently updated database. All personnel qualifications comply with IMCA requirements, including BOSIET (offshore survival).
Payroll management
Petrolis ensure all administrative works, such as issuing employment contracts, insurances (including employer's liability and medevac insurance), and payroll.
Logistics
Petrolis makes necessary arrangement for visas, work permits and travel in order to mobilise the crew on time at any offshore place.
